Why is it always so hard to get started. My husband remembers this before. I can barely remember the 7th I was so tired I can’t remember going to bed. Honestly I think I crawled out of bed around 1pm.. I had to take a shower. It’s crazy it has 3 squares with holes and a top square for your head. It feels so good. Finally, I appeared alive. The good news I lost 2lbs. We ate breakfast at 2;:30pm. A new record.
ì remember putting things away busy stuff, and it was dinner time. I decided to make a chicken dish with feta, black olives and mushrooms. Surprisingly it was delicious.
I think I wrote and posted my first blog. I’m excited because so many people enjoy it. I like sharing it. Some people dont get out so they may enjoy my pictures and stories.
May 8th
The bathroom is tiny no way 2 folks can fit inside it. Just because you thru all the bathroom bags in that direction doesn’t mean you know where your toothbrush landed. It is a process.
After breakfast I went to look how my blog was received. OH NO!!!!!! I got so many emails it doesn’t open. Like a stab in my heart. I go check and darn if everyone is correct. I’m miserable. I am not techy so to find and follow how and where to fix is huge to me. Hours later I find a box labeled PUBLIC. Really! I think I’ve got this now.
Time for dinner I know this can get boring but I enjoy cooking dinner and looking at recipes to make it my own.This night I made flounder, 4 nice thin slices from the Georgia fish store. I love their fish and shrimp it’s all fresh caught and makes a difference. I made corn on the cob. I luv that stuff. Then I made green beans in foil with garlic and lemon, then added canned diced tomatoes and fish on top with spices oil and breadcrumbs. Yummo!!!!!!!
I start to catch up on emails and messages it started to make me tired. SoʻI went to bed and read my books and feeĺ asleep!
Ghost was checking things out smelling everything and found a bottom draw in the kitchen open. So he crawled in. He didn’t expect his weight to close it. So funny. He was tired so he decided to take a nap.
