Let me start out by apologizing for the missed up dates in the prior posts. I guess I don’t know if I’m coming or going. Luckily, the computer says the date day and time. I went into settings to make sure I had it right.
Today, there is sun in the sky. It is still cool and windy. Where is summer. Coming from FL since it is nice now, you don’t ask for summer because it is for me dreadfully hot and humid. Step outside your drenched.
We both got a notice from verizon that our hot spot is out of bytes. Then said it ends May 31. We both dried to get in and could not. We were going to visit the outlets today, but since Verizon is there, we went yesterday.
Breakfast was delicious he made us omelets with bacon. Since I had a pita bread, I cut it in half and put the omlette inside. Delicious. I was going to put salsa, but it went bad, and the jar was full!
By the time we left, it was 2:30pm. It is not far. We went to Verizon. The man said we used up the bytes for the month. It will just go slow for a couple of days. Okay, it could drive us nuts. Then we told us we are not dead may 31, we are on auto renewal. We’ll that took care of that. But, the time wasted!
We walked around the outdoor outlets. It’s a sorry place, so many stores are gone. We did go into a couple. Eddie Bauers, I found a nice sweatshirt. It’s been cool and I mostly have summer clothes. We went into an underwear store, and all brands mixed. I got comfy bras with no wires, go away, guys. I’m not telling the size! He got some socks. Oh! I found 2 hang out pants stretchy but not skin-tight for $10. We also went to Columbia, and wow, they were expensive. But, then again, it’s Columbia.
Yes, one more store, my favorite Pepperidge Farm! I have loved their cookies since I was little 100yrs ago! We got 4 bags of cookies buy 1 get 1, cinnamon raisin bread for French toast, yummo, some goldfish, and a mixed box of cookies, oh, and a big bag of pretzels. So fun!
We came back to the TUX. I put away everything, and it was dinner time. It was delicious but took a huge amount of prep. I made mussels in white wine, garlic, onion, and clam juice sauce with pasta! Yummo! Then, I added asparagus and corn on the cob. Talk about full when it was done!
I watched some TV, did my emails, and I’m g getting so behind. Read my book and was half asleep.
I hope you had a fun day. Thank you for reading my travel blog. I know it’s not like I’m traveling, is it. But, I’m not home, so the name sticks. Luv yas
