It is sunny outside. I’m happy, so is my tomato plant, I brought him outside. Its not hot, in fact it’s cool. I did my exercises. Sorry, if I mention it all the time, but to me it’s an effort to do it. The thing is I think it’s helping. I find when I walk my shoulders are not going forward. I’m standing straighter and my walk is even. I think my head is up a bit too! All good stuff!
He wants to go back to the Amish store. It’s like an addiction. Really, things more than half price off! We got a box of chocolate cookies, fancy box, good ingredients. Box has French on it. It is made in Indonesia….can’t explain it! $1.99. Really! We got all sorts of stuff total bill was $43.00 and we had at least 6 shopping bags.
We hung out for a while, poured myself some Portuguese Port! I have a thing for Port wine. He likes healthy junk food. Everything has to be healthy. I tried to get 1/2 a key lime pie. No too many calories!
We go back to TUX, when we see our neighbor across the road has a cat outside with a harness sitting outside on table with an door open. He is very pretty. I tried that on my cats when they were kids but they snuck out of them. I asked Ghost if he wanted to try he said meow…no!
Another day we put away the groceries. I really am good at that I can find places to put stuff. I can do that with luggage too!
Well dinner time, I took out a 2lb London broil. Back in the day, I made stir fry. But, not today. I made a marinate for 30 minutes. I decided to broil it. I made Brussel sprouts and had left over brown rice to warm up.Timing is the key. Cook too much and it’s dry. I turned it at 6 mins then added another six and turned it off. I put the dinner together and it turned out delicious! The meat was medium and rare perfect. The sauce was yummo! Since it was 2lbs we have plenty of leftovers.
It is raining pretty hard. Of course it is rain everyday. But, the TV is reporting tornados and floods by county. Lucky for us it is the counties around us not ours in particular.
I’m watching TV forged in steel. These guys make swords. It is interesting to see what they do and how they test them.
My day is coming to and end. Ghost is sleeping beside me. Such a cute kitty.
