When I woke up I thought we were hanging out. But, he was dressed ready to go. Ok I’m in..We had some breakfast and left..
We went to Walmart. We had a list and completed it. On the way back we had to stop at the Amish market. We bought stuff spent ,$22.00.
We stored away all the stuff we purchased. We had time so we made Kentucky mules. Yummo!
My kindle is acting up and won’t accept a down load. So aggravating!
Well it’s dinner time. I got what I needed to make the crab cakes.
I got all the ingredients. Then prepared everything! Not so easy all the chopping. By the time I got them ready to cook the kitchen was a mess. Crumbs were everywhere. It was a tuff process. Finally I started cooking in fry pan. NOT GOOD,! They fell apart. I decided to cook in oven. So much better,! They turned brown and crunchy.
So dinner was crab cakes corn on cob and fresh broccoli.
Yummo except I forgot crab in seasoning. So they didn’t have the heat. But, good nevertheless.
It took awhile to clean up and wash everything. We had a little apple crumb pie for dessert.
We were both tired and put on the TV till we fell asleep.
