Happy Father’s Day to all you fathers. Hope your kids acknowledged your existence!
I didn’t do much since it was cold and foggy rainy outside. We had nice omlettes for breakfast with Amish Salami. It is the best.
Then PBS on TV had a concert of James Taylor and Carol King. I love their music. Especially when they first came out many years ago.
Then Els been asking for matzoh ball soup. I figured it would be special on father’s day. It takes a while to make. I buy the roast chicken and broth. But I make it as a chicken noodle soup and add veggies too. It’s alot of work. I don’t have the huge pots from home, so I only had enough for supper and 3 jars for the freezer. It was yummo!
