We are still here and it is raining again. But, we go out to Walmart. We had some things we had to get, including velcro for my clock. It has the days so I know it by looking.
We thought they sell beer and wine…..no.
We drove across the way, and Giant is there. A huge grocery store. But, the displays were so nice.
A sales lady came up to us after we got a wagon full of beer and wine. She informed us that there is a cash register for wine and beer. We can’t walk around with it in a cart! Oh, we didn’t know we got back to it.
Now, this is Pennsylvania law. You can only buy 12 beers at a time. We had 36. We’ll you have to pay for 12 at a time. Tape the receipt outside the bag and bring them to the car. Then again, show credentials, buy 12, pay, then bring them to the car. CRAZY!!!!
Then we had to bring our food items to the regular cashiers. It’s an experience!
We came back, and my son called on the way back. Love talking with him. Turns out another high school friend has died.
Then I came in and had to put these drinks away. I completely redid the pantry floor. It worked!
I changed and we had a cold Murphys beer. It’s dark and has a bit foam. It was good. We had another at dinner, which was left over ahi tuna. It was still delicious. I added green beans and rice.
Now, after dinner, I opened a marked down dessert. It was a berry whipping with chocolate mousse and chocolate cake on the ibottom. To die for!
Then our TV is working normally! So I made him put on Fire Country. I like that show! It played without a break! That’s incredible!
