I didn’t want to wake up today. I crawled out at 10:30 am. But I didn’t do my exercises.   My husband made an omlette for breakfast with avocado toast! Yum, I inhaled it.

I went outside to water my plants, and the hot sun burned thru me. I was going to walk but it was far too hot.

I don’t even know what I did today. I read, I did emails and messages, and Facebook.  I feel like these kids sometimes. If I didn’t have my phone, what would I make of the day.

I put my energy into dinner. We had rainbow trout. I made a butter, garlic, lemon, and pepper sauce. I wrapped  the fish in foil and put it in the oven. It came out delicious. I was glad.

I remember spending hours trying to get into my bank. It had conflicting information. So I continue to struggle to figure this out, the condo fee for my son. Frustration overboard.

At least the TV and phone work better than before.
