I admit I’m getting tired of this place. I did my exercises. But I gained a lb. From soup and salad. But, I won’t give up.
It is sunny outside. I’m going to take advantage and sit in the sun for 20 min. We have rain continually. It was hot in the sun. My basil plant and tomato are growing because of all the rain. Of course, by dinner time, it started to rain again.
I read my book, and it is pretty good. I came inside and I don’t remember what I did. The place filled up with Rvs, and I can’t see the river. I guess it’s the weekend crowd.
Then I decided I’m cooking dinner tonight. Enough of the of leftovers. We are trying to make holes in the freezer. There is an Amish store that has frozen meats and stuff at low prices in Indiana.
I make Hungarian paprika pork tenderloin. It has lots of ingredients and chopping. Well, the pork is coated in all sorts of pepper and paprika. Then add cut-up peppers and cut up carrots. All in one pot, then add fired roasted diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. On the side, there is fettuccine cooking. It goes on the bottom of the plate, the pork mixture on top. I baked asparagus for the green. This Pork dish is surprising. Yummo!
There was lots of clean up we hardly had room left.
Oh, and while eating, we see a car drive up and park in the street right behind our RV. Leaves the car running for at least 15 minutes. It was weird!
I don’t have any more news. As always I am honored that you stop to read my blog. Thanks luv ya. Hope you found something that made you smile. ENJOY!
