I don’t remember going to sleep. I was up early things to do today. We have herring for breakfast.
Waiting all day for a call that someone will pick us up and bring us to the truck. After, 3pm, the call comes. We get there, pay the bill, and get the truck back.
BUT, we have places to go. First we stop at Verizon. Our Hotspot took a dive off the counter and landed in ghosts water bowl. We stop at Verizon. The guy was useless. Where is JJ from the last place. This guy couldn’t be bothered to help. He gave us the address for the headquarters. Fine tomorrow.
Then we went to petsmart and got ghost a similar box of litter, we hope that’s OK.
Then we went to martins. It’s a grocery store but so much of it is wrapped hot food they made at the store. The bakery has such pretty foods. A wall of wines and a section for beers as well. We got some of each.
We got some stuff to put down out toilet. It seems a bit stuffed or not going down. So you gotta go to the clubhouse to go to bathroom. I pray this works.
Also. While we were waiting to get a ride back to our truck, we saw these tiny ground squirrels running from hole to hole. So very cute. If they are 5 inches, it’s a lot. When they stand up, they nearly disappear.
For dinner, I made chicken thighs no skin or bones. It was easy, but first, I got the fat and veins off the pieces. Then I mixed soy garlic and butter and soak each piece before putting them in the oven, which came out pretty good. I bought some corn on the cob. I love it in the summer.
By the time dinner was over and I’m writing this blog it’s after 10 pm.
