OMG, what a crazy day! I was woken at 5 am. That alone is an issue. I do not get up before the sun!
Nevertheless. I arise because we have an appointment with Beckly, a service and sales place in North MD that fixes RVs. We went to get there by 9am when they open. We are on the road, and the hywy 15 south is closed. We have to follow the detour. Never in my life have I taken such a huge long detour. While it drove this way and that, my husband was going nuts. He didn’t know where we were going, and when this detour would end, the detour was so pretty. We passed farms with miles of property growing corn. Some houses were so beautiful. Some were in brick others in stone. Some were huge. We would never see this portion of MD again.
However, it put us right at the beginning of the detour. We followed the signs for 15 South, and then we realized it was going north. I’m so angry. The sign was wrong.
We finally got on 15 South and were able to get there in time.
OH NO! Our contact is not coming in today. The people there didn’t know what El was talking about. They knew a few things to be done, so we left the RV.
It was around 11 am. We decided we would go to the ALDIs in Fredrick. It was a pretty fast drive. We parked the truck, leave the windows a crack it’s not too hot for Ghost. We ran into Aldis to get everything we ran out of and more. Such as broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, lettuce, and peppers, and I could go on, but you get the idea. We ran back to the truck, and Ghost was happy and asleep.
We then went across the street for sandwiches. He got hamburger, and I got one with swiss cheese and mushrooms. They were so very yummo!
We went back and waited in the lounge. We had Ghosts’s stroller, so we brought him inside. He was so cute walking and investigating every corner, Then he jumped into his stroller and went to sleep. I read some and looked at my messages. After a few hours, they were done. Said they did everything but the fireplace doors. That is impressive.
We go to hook up the RV and check the new door. It doesn’t close. You have to slam it to shut it. OH NO! The issue is to continue tomorrow.
We come back set up the RV unhook truck. I got it perfectly level. I’m pretty proud of that accomplishment!
It was late. Luckily, we bought a frozen pizza. Perfect dinner. We stopped at Sam’s and got 2 cooked chickens. $5.00 each, and they were huge! One fit in thr frig. The other I had to cut in pieces to make it fit.
Well, I’m done and tired. My back hurts, and i did too much lifting. I carried one of the towing bars to the truck! Yeah, I’m strong!
I hope you enjoyed my blog. I thank you very much for shopping by!

The farms with their cows. You forget how many you see. The babies are cute.

The middle and bottom are views of the mountains. They are so big and so beautiful that the farms spread out in the fields beneath them.
And to end this crazy day, Ghost fell behind the couch. We pulled the seats out to recline, and he came out under the couch. I need to go to sleep before anything else happens today!
