GETTYSBURG
We were lazy today. No plans so I like to read in bed and did. Got up too late to exercise.
Turns out we have about a week plus left before the glampin ends. It’s OK. I don’t mind going home.
We decided to take a walk. It was hot but a small breeze. I wore sleeves. I sat out yesterday and got a little red. I don’t need that pain.
We had breakfast at noon. During our walk, we ended up talking to one of the employees who has been here forever. Nice guy, but he pretty much agreed to everything we saw about the place not being kept up. It’s a disappointment, really. We finished the walk, and I was so yucky and hot.
I finally got into my credit card. I keep getting bills I did not buy in PayPal. What a pain in the butt!
How can so many things be questionable at the same time. Oh no! I’m thinking worse things to say.
We had gin and tonics when we came back. It was dinner time. I remember we had a ton of leftovers in the frig. Warmed them up. But, the ahi tuna was great. The meatball was great with a bit of pasta. Add an egg roll, peas and some read wine, and I’m good to go.
Where does the time fly. I look up and it’s 9pm. Really?
Well, we are good at letting time pass. Hopefully, we can walk some more. It’s great exercise. Of course I have to do my own.
Sorry, I don’t have more to add. Thanks for stopping by it’s so nice of you. Hang in there a few weeks more, and it’s Sept. Kids are back to school. Although, I don’t think many of us have them around us anymore. Enjoy!
