What a long day! We left Gettysburg at 8:50am. It took us 6 hours to get to this campground. The traffic thru VA is horrible. We got stuck in at least 5 traffic/accident tie ups. We probably lost an hour just sitting there. It gets aggravating. Besides, when we left, it was cool about 70 degrees. When we got here, it was like 95.
We didn’t get food Els loosing weight. I wish I was like that. But, no I gained 2&1/2lbs from that dinner. Half being thrown out cause it sat in the car. Can you tell I’m still upset about it? At least I lost the 1/2!
We didn’t take the truck off the RV. We are leaving tomorrow to South Carolina. Now, we didn’t have hurricane issues today. But, we have a ways to go, and I’m hoping it moves NE as we go south. Keep your fingers crossed for us.
Dinner was left overs in the frig. We are trying to get the frig down a bit. I dread packing all this up for the home.
