Good morning! The sun is out it’s a beautiful day! I haven’t written that yet all month. We have no electricity. But, we have a solar panel so we use the batteries. So we have lights. But, can’t cook for breakfast. Doesn’t matter we will manage thru it.
We decide let’s go to Walmart. I want to get gloves for planting and food for my tomato plant. We went thru a road with huge farms so pretty. But what is life like. It has to be so different taking care of fields and animals. I will add some pictures below.
On the way back he decides to go to the Amish store. We weren’t planning on getting anything but a large container of Israeli couscous $2.99. We saw crackers and chocolate and breakfast cereal all $.99. It’s crazy.
Anyhow we got back it was almost 5:30pm. That is pretty late for us. We decided we would have leftovers for dinner. It worked. But… we had bought strawberries, the Amish store had made shortcake for strawberry cake. You cut cake pieces in half. Spread whip cream on the half had diced strawberries, then add the top and do it again. Yummo! It was divine!
After everything is cleaned up and put away I started my blog
