Another day of rain. So I hung out and read some more. I did my exercises. But, I came to the decision to move up to 6lbs tomorrow. I can do 20 reps except for one is tuff. But, my heart rate goes to around 115 when I started it was up to 124. Time to move on?.
I read my emails to see if anyone answered my email. Thanks to all who responded. I am working on getting you on for those who could not do it. I was blown away by all that could do it. Thanks for all your comments.
The sun came outt and I brought the plants out. I cut off a couple of droopy tomato leaves. I also removed some basil leaves. Something is wrong cause when you rub their leaves the basil should be strong in your nose. These leaves don’t have it. Discouraged!
I stayed outside for a while. It was nice outside. This huge 5th wheel is in front of us. It’s 42 ft long 5 slides. It’s huge! $150,000. License plate says Palm Beach, FL. So we know there’s plenty of money.
I didn’t feel like cooking. I know it’s a rare occasion! So I settled for left overs. There were 3 dishes with leftovers. It was fine we had pork, the chicken with peas and farro and a little veggie and pasta ðish
We watched TV I caught up on my blog and read some more. My son from WA called and I love talking with him. He is just too far away. But, it does my heart good and hopefully his too when we speak.
