I am having trouble getting this started so followers can read along. But I’m having trouble setting it up. I am troubled that this is happening and sorry to my followers.
I’ve only written one blog so far, and I meant to put in something that happened, but I don’t know what?
So I will start today because things happen when you spend the day driving. Like starting out, and you can’t move because the foot of the rv isn’t up! Or you’re traveling along , I95, and you realize your door handle is out! To make matters worse, you fix the handle but put the stairs out and forget to put those in! Then a truck pulls up and informs us about the stairs, and because traffic is slow due to road expansion, he holds up traffic so I can run and put the stairs in! I read the third of a book in the car. However, before we left, I was cleaning my glasses, and they split in half at the nose! Devastating for sure. So he glues them together. OK for now but I trip and they broke again…want to die! He fixes them again.
The ride wasn’t bad slow in some cases and one lane, but thru north Carolina and some of the south, they are expanding 95 a good thing.
We get to our site, no sewer hook up. We are here one day so it’s OK. But, we are supposed to have dinner with his friends and they call us and he is sick. That’s too bad we were looking forward to seeing them. Maybe on the way back.
But, what’s for dinner? I recall buying cashew and spinach ravioli from trader Joe’s. Who else would sell such stuff! I had sauce and made a salad, dinner solved. I found a bottle of peanut tequila! Too sweet for him, but hit me just right!
We can’t get the TV to work, not the old or new. Luckily, it’s one night. We will survive!
