The sun is out I’m happy. I’m so done with rain. We had ham and eggs for breakfast. But, we bought these little rolls with chocolate in brioche, yummo!
I brought my plants outside. I have three basil, new tomato and my prize avocado from a pit. They are happy plants. The RV in the background is out new travel trailer. I call him Tux. As you can see he is in black and white.
it was so nice outside not a bit humid. We decided to take a walk. We went around the campground and found the trail to the lake. It was nice quiet. I heard 4 different birds talking at one time. The lake was disgusting covered in green moss completely. The squirrels were happy they were everywhere. So we walked the lake. We didn’t see alligators or deer. We made it back we walked for over an hour. It wasn’t time to make dinner so we had my favorite drink a Kentucky Mule.
I checked my recipes I always like to try something new. I made cod fish. But, put it in the oven with cherry tomatoes, cannelloni beans, sausage, some spices coated the fish with panko crumbs. It was so yummo!
We tried to watch some TV but no stations would stay on. Only one the weather. There are snow storms in Colorado. Do they know it is May. Crazy listening to hurricane predictions and tornadoes.
Then I settled down to type my blog. However, I still didn’t straighten out the extra 2 domains that were still there. I was so angry. Oh you heard me? It took several hours of instructions to figure it out. But now I have only this one for my travel blog. So if your bored or curious it is:
