I like being lazy in the morning, but today we go to Els bros house for a bbq. We get ready and leave. We pick up a prescription in Rockville. Wow I didn’t recognize it. Bldg everywhere. Mostly townhouses, for $350,000 to $500,000. And up. Traffic and parking lots are packed.
We went to Trader Joe’s we could barely fit this huge truck in a space, it did stick out ! Luckily I have a handicap pass or we couldn’t park. The store is more expensive, but everything is neatly Put in place. Nearly everything is organic and kosher signs everywhere. They charge an extra dollar or more for it! Imagine!
Lots of bldg with the apts on top of stores. I didn’t recognize any place we used to go to lunch, too bad we had fun back in the day!
We get to bros house. I know my husband over 10 years and this is my first invite! He has the strangest art, a life size statue of Louie Armstrong with trumpet! It’s very different. Then the other bro and wife show, then the sister and husband and then ma and her boy friend at 92! She cooks, plays cards, mahjong, goes to the theater she s my idol! It was a nice time and was good to see everyone.
I forgot to mention from the Greek festival I gained 1.8 lbs. it was yummo!
