I have been here before but did not recognize it. Another life time. We got on the tender boat and walked down this stone street to the cable car up to the top of the mtn.
We met our tour guide and he took us to the famous church with blue top. We see homes of white.
We went for a walk thru a famous resort area and everything was pricey in Oia the streets were marble!
We were driven all around the island, the cliff side and beach side and all the different types of soil or sand, or walls of rock.
We did stop to see a black sand beach.
We then went to eat. We didn’t eat all the traditional foods, but tried tadsuki?, calamari, Greek salad, hummus, yogurt and grape, tomato ball and fish. You pick your fish from a draw of fresh caught fish!
The yogurt was very thick and had a sweetness to it. It was yummo!
It got late and we had no time to do anything else . We ended up catching the last tender back to the ship.
We went to happy hour, we bought our Britto cat, couldn’t help myself! We Went to dinner, I can’t believe I can eat! Then the show. They sang Billy Joel and the piano man..name escapes me. I enjoyed it they sang songs I knew.
Then exhaustion overcomes us. Yet I must write my blog. 😁
