This morning was grey outside. Not raining and not chilly just grey. We dress..I did my exercise. I went down stairs and read my book so close to the end I wanted to know how it ends. It was okay. I enjoyed it but not sure it’s bookclub stuff.
We decide to have breakfast …yummo, pancakes! So we finish our huge bottle of maple syrup! I swear it’s like 5 years old! There were clumps of sugar crystals on the bottom!
After I sat and read my emails. It’s tuff when it’s yuck outside! But, we take the bullet and decide to take a walk! We walk dump the garbage and keep walking. It was more grey than cold. Actually, it was relatively quiet. This weekend is full f kids and bikes and yelling. but no it’s quiet. We take a longer walk.
I return and finish my book. It was okay. I enjoyed it. Now I have way too many emails and I follow up. It talks a while an Elliot’s westerns on the tv. Old stuff!
i decide to make a crazy vegetarian dinner. We had sweet potato, green beans, garbanzo beans, in a sauce of spices and tomatoes. It was clearly Indian, with coconut milk! It was good but not exactly our cup of tea. Tastes good for sure. But didn’t meet yummo! It had coconut milk, tomatoes, curry and cumin.
Tomorrow promises to be nice weather. We got our cats and put tick medicine on their necks. They are clearly not happy with us tonite. A necessary evil every summer in the RV. You never know what bug is going to show up! It’s a precaution for them.
im tired so I will head for bed. No book replacement yet!
