I apologize for writing this a day late! We did so much this day that by the time I was ready to write I sat down on the couch and feel asleep!

We got up really early I don’t remember the time maybe 7am.. ok for me that is early! I had to get up brush my teeth and get dressed. We didn’t eat breakfast. We were too wound to see our RV guy. The cats didn’t eat either.

We drive with RV to the mechanic. It was so good to see Dan he looks the same. What a nice guy. He is a walking encyclopedia of RV manufacturing. He is really great. We saw an issue as soon as we pulled in. there were RVs in every bay and waiting in the lot for service.

They gave a look at our issue and knew immediately the issue and how to fix it. El told him about the metal alternative. Dan said it will turn black the metal tarnishes. They wanted to order the floor and put it in. We left they were going to call with the price when they get the order for the floor.

We decide to go to this food store run by the Amish. It is called forks. It is not the same as the one aisle in the other place. We did get a few deals but nothing to brag about. The biggest deal was chickens a dollar But for a case 9.00. A bargain, where are we going to put a case of whole chickens? Their cheese was in logs of 10 lbs. they sell a lot in mass bulk.

We then went to Walmart. We needed cat litter. it is no way nicer that that huge one. We did get a waffle maker, and sink protectors so it was not for nothing.

Then we went to the butcher, Amish butcher. I got pork tenderloins, steaks, sausage, and pork chops. The meat looks so outstanding. Oh bacon too!

I was exhausted by the time I got back to the RV. I had to find places to put all the food we bought. We better eat more!

I made chicken for dinner with salad and broccoli.

The ride was fun we saw corn and more corn and more corn endless fields.

I knew we would find the Amish. We even got stuck behind a horse and buggy. The first store had a bunch of them hooked up.

I could go on but you get the idea. In fact they are so plentiful that they have road signs for them

The other thing I enjoy is looking at the houses. Some of them are really small.

A lot of the homes have added pieces on and have separate garages.

It was a fun day. We did go for a walk after dinner. The sky was just beautiful.
