May 14, still in S. Carolina

I don’t have much to write about today. It was a gorgeous day and I sat at my new table and finished taping and organizing my fish recipes. I know you don’t get it but that’s ok. It’s satisfying to complete one category.

We had dinner and I feel pretty good that I made Chinese chicken and didn’t use a recipe. It was all my own concoction. Turned out good.

El said we should go for a walk. I agreed. What a bunch of nice RVs. Some are super expensive, like in the $200,000.00 and up is expensive to me. Some were bigger than mine and we are 40 feet! El says they are toy haulers. That means the back end opens and they are carrying a motorcycle usually.

The place is nice quiet. There are usually kids riding bikes. It’s in a great location because if your going north to Charleston or south to savannah, It is not an impossible ride.

Coming back from our walk a boy was playing with a remote control little truck. He pointed to our rv and asked us if that was our house. We said yes. He said I am 7 years old. He informed us that he had let his truck go on our property and he was letting us know what he did. We told him it was fine. He was so sweet. Little kids are so cute and then they grow up.

Well that’s my day. Hope you had a good one! Oh! I almost forgot to tell you 27 people read my first travel blog. I was so happy. Some of the folks are even followers! How can I be that interesting😅

Thanks for stopping by!
