The day day came and went quickly! I made a crazy breakfast with zucchini, tomato basil and egg whites. It was good!
After we cleaned up we decided to check out the farm stand at the campground center. They had a big choice of all veggies. It was hard to pick what I wanted. But, I ended up with cherries which I love and beets. I have yet to cook them.
After that we went to a sales talk of the place. She explained all the different programs and what you get with each. She was good it was short and rather informal. She offered a dozen donuts to the people there and put them on a table right in front of me! Talk about restraint! I held my ground!
Then we went outside and there was a wine tasting. I don’t pass those up! So we tried their wines. Yuck! They were pricey for one. They had no taste for me anyway. They were weak and sweet or had fruit flavors. They weren’t bad just not up to my favorite wines. Hey I’m trying to be fair. We didn’t buy any.
We walked around and came back. I made a lunch but ate half the chopped chicken cause it was too dry. Left overs don’t last forever.
I put some dividers on the books and putting sleeved pages in books. I am getting there!
Dinner time I made pork strips in coconut milk with spices ginger, garlic, chili pepper, fish sauces. I added rice and broccoli. It turned out pretty good.
Then back to the final stages of my book. All pages are in books. No more taping, sleeving, wow am I really done? I need some more dividers. I need to by another book because one is so heavy I can’t deal with it.
