They both have been slow days. On the aug 6th, We had a slow breakfast of matzoh brie. We haven’t had it in a long while but the Amish store had a bunch for .45, how could you pass it up? Do you even know what that is? Ha
After we finished it was a sunny day so we decided to take a walk. The place wasn’t filled completely. Not surprising since rain was possible everyday.
We walked along the river and at the end we saw all these people, like many people too numerous to count!

Crazy right? It was the other side of the river from us but our side wasn’t empty either. Don’t know what was the reason but we sat on two chairs and watched the parade of every size, shape, and age!
We went to the end of our campground and found while yesterday no one was camping there now there is.

You can see the puddles from the rain.
8/7 Sunday
Well we walked back and we had Pinot colatas with rum. So delicious! We hung out until dinner and that was our day.
So it was a nothing day yesterday but today was slow as well. We put the plants out and had breakfast.

The middle is basil

The only thing is the tomato plant has like 30 tomatoes and not one is turning red?
Well I pulled my puzzle out. The weather was iffy. While the puzzle did stay together and not fall apart when I put it away. I was happy. I thought the puzzle pieces would come apart! However, I started working it and I got one side done! That’s a miracle! It is clearly a test of patience!
Well we had to bring the plants in soon after we took them out because it started to rain. At first it was light rain we said leave them out. But NO it came down and we had to run and get them. So much for weather reports. El looked it up everywhere and it showed no rain. A moment in the twilight zone.
Well I made flounder for dinner, an easy recipe with butter ,crumbs, pepper and lemon peel in the oven 425 for 12 mins yummo! Added corn, I can eat this corn on the cob every night! It is so good!
I can’t wait to get rid of this TV. It’s awful, religious stuff 24 hrs a day! on several channels! Then game shows from 50 years ago. Then 50 year old movies, not good ones.
Yeah! We leave Wednesday! On to Indiana where the repair and manufacturing for RVs are located.
Thanks for stopping by. I truly give thanks everyday thank you. It’s feels good to have a connection with folks out there. I also hope I give at least a smile somewhere in my blog. If so then it’s worth every letter. Lov yas stay cool!
