I don’t know if I can tell which thing came on which day but it’s been an experience to be sure.
The first thing I remember is going shopping to our famous cheap country times Amish market. The prices of the discount aisle are insane. We saw matzoh ball mix in Publix supermarket for $3.49. We got a few boxes for .49. The next day they were 4/1.00! Really! We spent $82.00. But we saved more than that it is crazy!
We got back and I managed to put it away. I don’t remember anything else.
June 2, OMG! Oh no we have mice droppings in the kitchen. We knew because theres a bite in the middle of a banana and hole in an apple. Then we realized a coffee puck didn’t bust open, a mice bit several. Well out to the hardware store for mouse traps! The nearest one, which is not close turned into a power tools store. We had to drive miles more to find a hardware store. It was an interesting drive these homes are all lined up together. We got them and came back. We cleaned up the mess and set the traps.
I don’t remember which day but we went to shop at aldis and giant. We followed the GPS but he put RD instead of ave. Oh boy, we ended up in the Getto on the railroad tracks. We re-entered the address and moved on but we saw an area we ordinarily would not have gone.
We came back and put the groceries away. Oh the following morning we caught a mice! We can only hope that is the one doing the damage.
Today we decided to take a walk and we found a reenactments of the medieval fighters dressed in the fighting clothes with swords, metal guards on chins, body arms shoulders. They also fought with axes it was interesting to watch. Then we walked back and brought Ghost in his carriage. Funny how he always gets noticed.
During the walk my calf had shooting nerve pain and on the way back my hip hurt. It stinks getting old!
OMG! I got pictures to load and I don’t know what I did! Here are some:
I can’t get rid of these 2 huge boxes, please forgive my lack of knowing how this works. It seems to change every year. I’m glad I got a few pictures. Thanks for stopping by and thanks for your patience as I learn how all this works. ENJOY AND STAY HEALTHY
