It is exciting to start a new summer season. I am sad to let go of sani we have had her for 10 years. It took 2 days to pack up we took everything out because we are trading her in for a new RV. So sorry, but I will send pictures. It will still be glamping in our new travel trailer, it’s one you pull behind the truck. It will also be 5 feet shorter. It is a Brinkley new brand!
So that is the good news. Then things went south. We were trying to beat thunder storms to the west. We saw wet roads but luck was with us we beat the rain. But, we pulled into a station for diesel and they were out. But, the truck died! Never in all my days of camping did I run out of diesel! So El walked to another station nearby two tanks out of diesel. Called our service. We waited 3 hours to get desiel gas. OMG! How do you live thru that episode. The gas station was across the road from the campground.
Well finally the diesel showed up and we got to the campground and in our site. But now we have start setting up at 7:30pm. COUNT TO 10 AND BREATHE!
Poor Ghost, he was so good! He loved the A/C ! He even waited for his food at 9pm!
it is my job to set up the inside! OMG! This is a huge responsibility at 9 pm. But, I did my best and set up what I could and made the bed and put in the towels and set up the bathroom and kitchen and cats stuff!
I had matzoh for dinner and he had soup with matzoh. So tastey!
Well we are so tired and smelly and want to take a shower. I bet one of us fall asleep in the shower!
