I am not a techy person! But, if you know me, this is not news. I already wrote this blog for today, and I lost it. Where it went, I can not find it. I spent a good amount of time looking and gave up to write it again. Probably the first was better.
Today was a travel day. Left at 9:30am and arrived her around 4:00 pm. We did stop at least three times for gas and walk and bathroom. I am worried that my left calf has a shooting pain from my heel when I walk. I don’t need any more pains.
I read and caught up on magazines and books and suduko. I also had cat sitting duty while we road. He was pretty good. Except when he got out Ghost would take his seat and didn’t want to give it back. Kids!
Setting up to leave was difficult. It is not the usual thing. I had like 15ish bags to figure out where they go when the sides come in. Remember we are trading this in so I’m considering everything in here has to be packed and leave. It’s a wow of a project. But, I did it put bags in every crevice I could find.
We finally got to our camping site didn’t unhook leaving in the morning so only move a few bags. But it wasnt a hunky dorry ride! A cabinet opened and things flew everywhere. I got it before he came in. I forgot the shower hose on the floor. Yup, water was everywhere. The nosel fell and hit the water knob. First time in a while I had to pack up and forgot the basics. Yup, my fault.
We finally pulled into our sight at thr campgrounf and set up. No TV. Is that the punishment!
Well, I made mussels with tomato sauce and Parmigiano cheese with garlic. Yummo! At least I did supper right. However, we ran out of dishwashing soap and I couldn’t find it. That should be the worst of all things.
But then we were told we need an insurance policy and a bank check Thursday when we pick up the new trailer. More things to take care of before this happens.
Well that’s my day hope you had as much fun! We will go on to Gettysburg tomorrow. Hopefully we can visit some friends and an of course his family and ma.
Thanks as always for coming by. I luv yas. Hope you all had a wonderful mother’s day. Be safe and enjoy!
