Ah good night sleep. Up by 8:30 the cats have me trained well. I had heart burn during the night. We get up and go to breakfast in the health restaurant. Pretty good, like egg whites with goat cheese, oat pancakes, tiny tasty mini muffins, asparagus and egg whites. Pretty healthy stuff. I put my daily guide to save a table. A man was sitting there. I told him it’s my table and he informed me his hat was there..bullshit!
Time for the gym, pretty complicated contraptions! No water bring your own! I pick an elliptical machine and run my butt off for 33 mins! Got back to my room and it’s half done! Find my room guy he is having an inspection. Ok so shower pretty nice shower head. Dress for art auction. I put my card on a chair and when I got back it was on the floor. The lady said her sweater was there! We figure these people are from NYC jersey area and rude is part of their description! Nothing personal, I’m from NY. But the rudeness! Oh the agony not to buy art! I had several urges! But they had a raffle and I won so art! Oh yeah!
The bionic bartender is quite fun to watch. It shakes like a human! It is cold outside like 60’s and windy..no outside. We get ready for happy hour. We go to the bar directly pass noshes. We have a few drinks meeting lots of Europeans it’s impressive how many languages we are hearing. French, German Russian Chinese. Oh I went to get a nosh and an older Chinese man jumps in front of me, talk about rude they take the prize.
We went to dinner at Chic. I had salmon cake, nothing like MD, salmon gravaluex I know I spelled that wrong and shrimp! The food was good but it was the beautiful presentation here more than the taste.. Plates were almost too pretty to eat. But hell that didn’t stop me.
Went to show line was huge but we got in, Mama Mia fabulous! One of the best ever Mama Mia!
