I woke up at 8:30 went to bed at 10 so I slept well. I needed it after waking before the sun for several days! We had a leisurely day.
But we went for a carriage ride with a Clydesdale! Met some nice folks on the line. The cowboy is from Kansas and he knew he was home after he passed the border from MISSOURI! Such a different life! The ride was very nice around the camp grounds.
We returned to the trailer cause it was hot. I brought some magazines outside for some sun. There is a nice breeze.
We had dinner steaks on the grill! It’s always a nice treat, since we don’t eat meat like we use to do.
After we went for a cat walk. Stormy won’t go! Ghost loves it. We notice we don’t hear dogs barking. They are here but the owners have control which is nice. We don’t here screaming kids either. Another thing is how polite the kids are. No really! The ask to pet the cat and then they say thank you!
We walked all around and of course we get comments about the carriage and cat. it’s fun. Everyone is so nice. So unlike New York! Sorry.
We came back and feed the cats and time to relax.
