Do you know to start these I have to look up the date and day and count the days…I haven’t a clue otherwise! Clueless I believe is the term!
We had breakfast. Then there is this ceremony when you pass thru the equator. We saw it once before. Rather crazy but the ships crew make believe four passengers are criminals and are brought to court before a king and Queen. They make up silly crimes like drank all the gin on board. Then slobber them with all sorts of food jello, whip cream,eggs etc. it’s fun to watch then they all jump in the pool.
After we sat to eat, but I had fruit. And didn’t have dessert in the morning or afternoon! I then went to the gym to run on the elliptical. Came back and showered. You have to start somewhere!
It’s formal night we don’t get too dressed because a jacket is a pain to bring.So we always eat in a specialty restaurant this time it was Italian. However, I wore my Panther and went into the Effy shop to show the folks working there. Oh me lady you look gorgeous in it! Nothing like feeling like a queen. I tried my panther ring on to make sure they didn’t fight and ooh they each want attention! Ha!
Before that we went for an art walk thru the gallery with my friend. I went ahead and showed her which artists we had at home. Then we joined the tour. She said I did a better job! I of coursed beamed I am proud of my home gallery!
The dinner was so yummo! Fresh cheese on tomato and basil for an appetizer. Pasta with shrimp and seafood for a 1st and veal scaloppini for the 2nd. It was good, oh forgot the fried calamari, and for dessert teramisu and brûlée. However, the waiter took them away before I was finished. Things happen for a reason…I only had 2 halves of a dessert!
After we went to see a comedian juggler and he was hysterical. He was quick with jokes.
Then we went to see a cole porter songs show. Now the singers and dancers and costumers are very good. But, an entire show of this music really? It was way to old and 1920s for a main show on board. I didn’t get it.
Anyhow, one more sea day 2 is enough rest.
