Sunday was rather boring and I did nearly nothing so I didn’t write about it. Monday we all decided to wake early 8am so we could eat breakfast in the dining room. It was nice to have breakfast served to you. The waitress was sweet Anastasia from the Ukraine.
We then went to a VIP art auction. They served orange juice and champagne. We saw something unique an acrylic statute sold with a painting. It was the same artist. Where do I put it? Yes it is a real question! Stop laughing. So we did not get it.
Then I sat outside for a short while. It was good to finally have sun on my balcony. I came in and feel asleep. How lazy can one be! I woke showered and went to dinner. It was a dress up night but since we are eating at the gala buffet men don’t need a jacket. I wore my Saphire jewelry. It felt good to put it on.
Dinner was fun they had augratin mussels…I like the stuff. Shrimp cocktail…like that stuff too. Then for dessert they had crepe suzzette, not sure it was right but it was good anyway. I forgot to mention Sunday they had sushi for dinner..yummo love that stuff too! And I can eat them with chop sticks!
We decided to see the marriage match game. It was halarious. The things couples say. Then we went to see the show a female singer who was very good. Sang Janis Joplin and Tina turner!
We then watch a bunch of balloons fall on the plaza. On the way back to my room I stopped to show the guy in Effy my sapphires, he appeared to be impressed. Then we decided to go to sleep. Tour tomorrow.
