We get up and head for breakfast. We see mountains, not extremely tall then we see a house here and there. I guess I expected it to be not so big and not much folks. Yep, I was wrong there are many folks.
We hooked up with our friends and played trivia. Close, but the group who won, had iPads, looked up the answers! Keep our eye on them.
After we hung out and decided to eat lunch before getting off. So off to eat yet again. Didn’t eat much but the desserts are my killer . Not only do they look great but taste so good!
Well we leave thru the terminal and there are stands to buy stuff. Everything is way expensive. A towel kitchen type 16.0o! Little stuffed koala $12.00. We decided to walk and walk we did nearly 5 miles. Boy did my feet hurt. We didn’t buy because of the prices. Everything is hand made, and sold in boutiques. We saw pretty parks and tons of restaurants.
We decided to come back to the ship. We rested until dinner time. Oh, food is “lovely yeees”. We went to the dining room tonite and 2 little old ladies sat with us. So cute. Dinner was ok. I’m not blown away here with the food.
We had to wait an hour for the show as they turned up late. The Tasmanian bagpipe police band. Oh vey they played all sorts of bagpipe tunes. Then these 4 young girls came out and did the Irish dance..they were amazing.
Well tomorrow a tour by a private person. Got to get up early. Still in Hobart. Hoping to see a kangaroo!
