March 14, 2017 Adelaide

We woke really early and saw the sun come up on the way to breakfast. We had breakfast with a nice Aussie couple who gave us all sorts of tips up north. We gathered our stuff, but before I got a picture of the moon still out!

We met our host a young gal and a male driver.we spent 8 hours with them and another couple. We first drove the suburbs of adalaide not impressive until they said they were 1/2 a million?  Really?   We saw this old bldg and that one. Then we stopped at the market.  Wish we had one like this one. They had everything, displayed so nice, even mushrooms were clean!  Meats were red naturally and beautiful.  Cheeses, fish, nuts, candy it went on forever and so nice!

From there we went to taste wine at Penfolds, we know that brand. We tasted quite a bit maybe 10 wines, mostly reds.  I ended up buying a port, yummo!

Then we went up the Mtn to have a look at the city below. Unfortunately it was not clear. But, you got the idea.

Then we went to another wildlife sanctuary. Yes another, but here we saw dingos, looks like a dog, but boy are they fenced in electric wire!  We saw koalas awake and walking around so very cute! We tried to feed a red kangaroo, with baby, he refused me! Hum!

We walked until we could not anymore. We had lunch sandwich and salad and muffin!

We got back had hardly anytime to change for dinner. Steak.  We decided not to go to the show. My back hurt and I wanted a shower.

Ah tomorrow at sea!
