Well the ship rocked last night. It doesn’t bother me but people were talking about it today. We ate in the dining room for breakfast since trivia starts at 9:30am. It was good too cause I had eggs with Swiss cheese and asparagus, yummo some smoked salmon on the side. Oh and don’t forget the yummy raisin bread! Ah, I’m good to play. Met our friends but didn’t win.
We stayed for a cooking demonstration. Give me a break thou, because so much of it was prepared ahead. It seemed like no time at all to make pasta with a veal, peas, garlic, onion and gravy sauce! They then walked us thru a part of the kitchen but we basically saw a dish washer, ice machines, refrigerators, prep areas and out, no one was working where they took us.
We had some wine and champagne and sat thru an art auction! Ha I sat on my hands and didn’t buy anything so there!
Of course then we went to an Effy jewelry sale, but that’s a different story! I got a beautiful ring, necklace and earrings sapphires blue and white, you are going to love it!
We went for coffee in the special shop. The boats is rocky, I feel bad for all the older folks with canes, walkers, scooters, which is more than half the ship! Really!
We had more wine, need to drink some of it we only have so many lbs. we can take back. We went to dinner, the old lady who sits with us is hacking up a lung. My husband thinks we will all get sick. They had the finale baked Alaska..and the parade with fake lights..really.
We went to the show. The guy who does impersonating, he is pretty good and funny.
Anyhow, tomorrow is our last stop before getting off the ship. Our Aussie friends get off tomorrow a good bloke and Sheila. Would like to see them again sometime.
