May 31, 2019 day 6

I thought I would sleep late but no, a cat visit at 8:15am and the day begins. It’s sunny outside, good start.

Take it slow there is no place to go or see, a chill day! So I do my exercises as usual including my weights, I’m up to 6lbs., started with 2, so moving up!its a 45 minute routine between the qigong, stretches weights and exercises.

But, feel good about going slow. By the time we set up eggs and toast with coffee, it is 11:45am. Right on time for us. Yes, I hear you all going what so late how ridiculous! Ah, but it works for me.

I go outside for my 20 minutes of sun. It is beautiful in the 80s no humidity a slight breeze, ah it’s not Florida. I take the time to groom my nails, drink my water and read my book. Oops it’s been over an hour! Not too burnt.

Im hungry, nothing like nan bread, guacamole, and Mcguiness Beer, yummo! Ah vacation mode setting in.

It’s 5pm, but we decide to walk the property. It’s pretty big and a good walk and we get to see al the different rigs that are here. We are surprised at all the solitude 5th wheels. They happen to be expense rigs and there are at least 9 here! Huge!

We come back and decide it’s time for dinner. I already pulled salmon out. I made quinoa and broccoli. Good dinner. Clean up and it’s getting dark.

I settle to watch blind spot. Relax with our cats. Try and fix why folks are having trouble with finding my site.
