I am woken up 7:30am because we have to be at moms house by 11:00! So I get up and shower and dress and I’m ready by8:30am. Ah, but I need to make a cup of coffee that takes an hour right?
Needless to say we leave early, but we have to stop to get a pie! The place smells wonderful fresh baked pies and veggies and homemade jams. I’m lucky it’s not in Fl. We settle for apple walnut, yummo!
We get to moms by 11:00 that’s good. She brought her house keeper in for help. The rest of the family comes in. Aside from the brothers and sister, 4 others came I never met.
Ah, but my favorite food, smoked salmon, whitefish, bagels, all the toppings, & noodle pudding. Then for dessert mom makes an awesome chocolate cake, the pie we brought and the other family brought chocolate peanut butter bars.
Then we had a Greek cruise meeting, I wrote all the tours I booked for our trip out on paper. His bro actually went home and typed it.
We came home too full for dinner.
Only a couple more days and we move on.
