We get up I exercise and we go for a walk. This place is huge. Space for some 300 RVs. I like that they are spaced well with some private space, or some greenery around you. We surprisingly look at the lake.
We took a walk around the place, 30 mins, 1.5 miles with some up hills. It’s all good. A lot of sites are terraced so you have space of your own. There are so many RVs yet there is relatively less people.
We get back rest a bit have breakfast, yummo 1/2 waffle with fruit and maple syrup!
We decide to drive to the nearest grocery store, OMG what a find! In summary we found the discount aisle and things we priced as a give away, organic chips of all sorts, bean, kale, whole wheat each .69.cents! Cereals, pastas, crackers, for .49 cents or .99 cents. They had Muir glen organic tomatoes in every type, diced, whole, sauce, peeled smashed each for .99 cents! These are normally 2.99on sale! We went nuts, our cart was over flowing, balsamic vinegar from Italy .99 cents! I spent $130.00 and got so much we are good till we get home!,,,😁
The store was run by a bunch of young Amish girls. They had there dresses on and little hats. They had a sandwich counter which was hoppin with orders.
We barely got it all in the truck! On the way back we saw cows in pens being milked, sheep in the field, and huge farms so pretty.
We unpacked I have at least a dozen bags of different chips and stuff..of course pretzels I’m in Amish land. Don’t know where it will all go but it was fun buying it all.
For dinner we finally cooked some steaks outside, oh so good! We had corn on the cob, fresh and hulled peas. Ever eat them? So delicious taste like real peas! And fresh corn wow a treat!
Well I’m tired it was pretty cool and windy outside. I forget it’s summer hot back home. Wore a sweater today!
