I’m in good spirits why not it’s the 4th! I do my normal up exercise and breakfast. But, boy El out did himself with delicious omelettes! Yummo!
I straighten up the place and look at my emails but it’s so slow.
We decide to go for a walk. We expected to see kids everywhere screaming playing, bikes, even hover boards! Nothing it’s quiet. We walk thru the cabins big loop. Hardly any people no noise! Are we on the right planet?
So we come around the bend ahh the noise. Everyone is at the pool. But, oddly enough mostly adults not as many kids as you would think. Okay, so maybe they are not here because this area has no fireworks!
We walked 45 mins. And it’s up and down hills! We get back and who knew where the time went and it’s dinner time already! It’s cod today, I know but I was to make it the other night and forgot to defrost it. Pretty lame for the fourth!
Oh when we were walk this one family asked us to join them for hotdogs! Thought that was cute, but after we said no thanks, she said I didn’t have any to give you! Jersey humor! I cracked up!
So after dinner of fish, I sat down to watch the fireworks. We have cable and only got the station with NY nothing else. Oh it did cover the Trump, blah blah blah.boring. The over sky jets were cool.
But I watch the singing show for the hour, they even had singers I like Luke Brain, Morset, Brian Pasley…and wow the guy from who wants to dance, Dirk something? He was great!
Then the fireworks, the water fall of fire under the Brooklyn Bridge was pretty cool.
So it was a pretty good day. Hope all my friends and family had a fun day with family and friends. My son in WA had a party! I wish I could’ve stopped by!
