July 9, winter harbor, schoodic point, Arcadia natl park

Up and out another big car ride. Exercise breakfast and ready the RV. It would have been nice to stay a little longer here.

We leave around 11:00 ish and ride and ride and ride. The cats didn’t get sick! We were worried what to do if it happened again. Once we got off the hywy the roads became nice. There are lots of pine trees of every sort.

El remembers everything each store, restaurant each camp ground. Me I have a brief recollection.

Our camp ground is in Arcadia the national park. It’s hard to get in because it’s fairly new and has less than 100 sites. But, the sites are fantastic with plenty of trees in between. I’m very happy.

We arrive around 5 pm out site is a pull thru but trees on either side. This is how camping used to be with my kids. It’s such a treasure to be able to do this with a huge RV.

Wow, it’s chilly here, I stepped outside and burr. It’s probably in the 70s with no humidity, we are here for 2 weeks.

We have dinner and go to bed early. El is tired it’s not easy driving on these winding hills and mtns that go up and down.

Glad we are here!
