Crazy day where did it go? Woke at 7:30 went to bathroom and started to hear the drip on the roof. Yuck it’s starting to rain. Crawl back to bed. Awoke at nearly 10am. Up exercise! Rains gone looks like the sun is out!
So get up dressed and oh my internet is working. I have so many emails that weren’t opening, but today they did. I sat and reviewed the booklet from the rally in North Dakota. Lots of things to do. Seems interesting!
By the time we were eating breakfast it was unbelievable 1:30pm really? To make it worst we were talking about the day, what’s left of it and babooom thunder! Yup, it started pouring again. So much for the day!
It finally stopped around 4ish too late to do anything. Then our sweet white cat decided he wanted to go outside! He kept meowing by the door! Imagine the nerve! He is spoiled by walks and jumping out doors! We opened a window but it didn’t really work.
Well now it’s 5:30pm and and I have to start dinner. I read some recipes from some of my newish cookbooks and decided to make cod peppernata! With salad and couscous!
There’s a lot of prep, I put the kitchen sink in a salad. Then cut all the stuff for the peppernata. So bottom line? We ate dinner at 8pm. Where did this day go?
Watch tv, golf really?, Martha Stewart really?, some game show I don’t know really?
I’m going to bed!
