Finally take a shower! You don’t appreciate what you have until you have to wait for hot water and then can only use it a little drizzle and you must work fast and be done! We are not hooked to water here! So you must be careful with all water use! Like dish washing, washing hands brushing teeth! But, I exercise, shower dress and ready to go for a ride.
We went in search of a smoke house on an island over a green bridge. After traveling for over an hour we could not find it!😫 However, it was such a nice ride. I can’t imagine living here in these tiny homes when it’s cold most of the time. The trees are so thick, and a lot are pine Christmas trees. It’s so pretty.
Well we turned around and decided to go back, but on the way stop at this mans home who sells frozen Maine blueberries. We found the house and the man came out, he is old. We bought 3 boxes…so sweet!
Before we did that we stopped in Walmart. It wasn’t crazy packed. We needed bananas, eggs, and vitamins.
We also stopped at another smoke house and got some smoked salmon and special smoked pieces. They offered a taste and it had maple and smoke flavor yummo!
We were gone all day. It was a beautiful day. We took steaks out already defrosting, with Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes for dinner.
Watching antique road show till I fall asleep.
