Oh it is hard to leave Maine, the Chanukah bushes, Christmas trees, the water, the lobsters! The campsite is not going to be like it again.
But, up at 6:30am and time to get it all together and move on! And so we did and left at about 9:30am and six hours later we pulled into Massachusetts!
The drive wasn’t bad, it went fast. I finished a weird book are there pizzas on Venus? Really! It was all poetry rather strange. I did a crossword puzzle.
The cats weren’t use to the car so they both threw up their breakfast! Luckily we bought a new liner for the back of the car made for cats and litter. We also had paper towels and garbage bags. We were ready for the possibility. It cleaned up rather well.
There are stormy all around us. We were worried about the rain. We had a slight rain on the way. Then when we pulled in it rained. But it’s only one night so we don’t unhook the truck.
Later it poured rain and it’s so freakin loud! But we’re ok safe and ready to leave tomorrow hopefully we can dodge the rain!
