So like what’s an Indiana? I never stopped to think of this state. So we left Ohio, on the way out we passed what looked like wild turkeys?
The roads are not big and huge trucks go thru tiny towns. Well, at a light this gigantic truck, taller than ours, was going to turn our way…He was not going to make it , so El backed up, unfortunately into a car behind us😨😫😱 Yup stuff happens! Our sanibel, got a bend in the rear, and the lady got a dent in her bumper. Glad that’s all it was, but it still sucks.
But, we move on and Indiana has an awful lot of medical device firms, depuy, Medtronic, and others. It made my stomach turn, that was such another life totally! Hey, I put my time in and now I enjoy life!
Past that there are farms, that go on forever, looks like corn or soy beans. Then we saw clusters of wind turbines, lots of them! The only time we remember seeing so many was in Texas.
Then we are on a hywy, and a road is there to turn off onto, but no ramp, it seems so dangerous! Makes no sense to slow down on a hywy to turn? Yikes!
Then there are these farm machines that I have no idea what they do! But, El does! He can explain each one, he must have been a farmer in another life. The stuff he has in his brain always amazes me!
Well we manage to find a campsite we have not been too. It is nice most are lined up at this huge lake. The RVs seem to be here permanently and all the people do is fish on the weekends! The grass is-so green. They all have porches and some are pretty with flowers.
I read my book and it’s a mystery and has kept my interest!
Tomorrow the Amish butcher!!!!
