I woke up and my shoulders were so sore from the deep tissue message. I mean I could not touch them. So I didn’t exercise and sat and read all day in hopes it would get better.
In the afternoon, these folks El has been talking to came by to see the RV, our sanibel! They were so nice, apparently they bought a Sanibel different model. El was in his finest mode explaining everything. I feel bad, to buy such a huge fifth wheel and they are coming from a tiny toy hauler with no slide outs. He has a motorcycle and they sold their home! They are from Missouri! What’s a Missouri’s? I gave them Els email address. They have so much to learn.
I also made tofu for dinner and it came out the best yet! I put them in a marinate of lime, green curry paste and coconut milk with some soy sauce. Then cooked them on high. Yummo! Thru in veggies and rice noodles!
Watched the country music feast!
Here’s one of our kids

August 5
Oh feeling much better! Did my exercises and had chocolate waffles for breakfast ! I am good to go!
The afternoon we took a ride to a liquor store! Expensive wow! The wine bottles were a good $3-5 dollars high! We did get 2 bottles that were on sale. Then we were going to a grocery store and passed an Aldis! Of course we stop. Don’t ask me what we bought but it came to $50 plus! We did find another two bottles of wine.
On the way to the grocery store we followed the map and boy did we see such beautiful huge old, very old homes that many were re siding and painting.

We traveled thru this old town that had murals on the walls.

We went to the grocery store which was supposed to sell Wisconsin cheese. It was a weird store. There was hardly any employees. The meat counter was closed. There was a dollar aisle, everything in the aisle. Then there was a discount aisle everything was thrown together half price. But, they did have cheese.
The crazy thing is there was a open door to slots?
We came back and it got late. I tried a new recipe for salmon and green beans. The green beans were great. In a sauce pan and added garlic and oil. Then some veggie broth then a little wine vinegar! Voila!
TV time!
