Well instead of rain, we are right next to several train tracks. The trains are massive containers and grain haulers. Yes, they toot 3x going by, not to mention the clacking over the tracks and vibrations since we are so close! Interesting night.
We went to the main bldg to find out about where to do grocery shopping, turns out there is a Walmart! My I Pad map took us the scenic route. But, houses here have 3 garages, missed a picture. You can’t leave a car out in minus degree weather, in fact you have to plug it in. Then where do you put the snow plow? Different life for sure!
In the store it seems like there is a more laid back atmosphere. People stand around, move slowly. The cash register man must have been 85 and was soooo slooow, scarey.
We put our stuff In the trailer and went to town on the bus. A small area a few streets each way. There was music a guitar player. We decided we would go to a local brewery for dinner. The food and beer was made at the restaurant. We both had a dark beer, 16 oz.$5.00 each! We each ordered burgers, mine was bison his was elk! Very good. We shared a sundae, 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and Carmel syrup. It was $2.00 really?
We walked back to where the bus goes back to the rally. we feed our kids and relax.

Tomorrow the rally officially opens.
I talked to some young kids about the weather. They informed me that summer is boring and there is more to do in winter. It didn’t matter that is was cold and they ski, snow mobile and stuff! Oh I forgot the boy had a slim cotton short sleeve tee shirt On.
Me? I have jeans, heavy long sleeve shirt and raincoat and I’m still cold it’s 60 degrees.
