These are our final days here! It’s hard to remember…I’m getting older in a week! On the 3rd I got up as usual had breakfast and exercise. Somehow it was noon and we were eating breakfast!
I recall spending time calculating my checkbook! Now it’s from June, July and August! Oh vey what a chore! Then I emptied my promotional stuff on my computer which takes for ever.
Why do I end up getting so much crap? And I look at it, which is worse!
Eventually we decided to take a walk with ghost, our white cat. Well, it was like someone called fire! No one is left but us it seems! It was like a ghetto! People everywhere, food, RVs parked every which way, now gone! We didn’t get the Memo!
We had dinner and I read my book until bed time.
Sept. 4th up exercise shower! It’s weird when you worry about how much water you are using! But, it felt good.
We are going out to Chevy for an oil change and stop quickly at Aldis! Before we left we saw a young worker bee taking a picture of a squirrel. It had a big bushy orange tail. He told us you can feed them, that there are 3 colors! Orange, black and grey! He said they are friendly cause the campers feed them! Not I.
We left and went to Ashland..oh boy are there stores Walmart, petvalu, and food chains! We stopped at Aldis got a few things not a load since we are going to a place that also has food markets.
We brought the truck into the dealer for oil change. While we were there 2 cops and their K-9 dogs, German Shepard’s were there taking pictures with the owner.
We came back and ate, then I wrapped the box for my son and his girlfriend who’s birthday is 2 days after mine! I always hope they love the stuff I send.
The drive was nice. Still Christmas trees, plenty of corn and trackers!
And some trees are starting to show fall colors a missing site in Fl.
Tomorrow we move on only to wait and see about our rear cap for the RV. Now we are told it could take 6-8 weeks! We will have to come back in November? Really??? Long under wear is what I’m thinking!
It is totally frustrating!
I will read my book and go to sleep. Tomorrow is another day, start it well and serenely.
I’m glad Dorian didn’t do any damage as far as I know to my home. I pray all my friends and other people are doing well. I apparently, lost power for a while but it soon came back on. Wishing you all did well.
