So we said good bye to the river. It was a nice place to spend some time. The folks love coming down the river and we enjoyed watching them.
Today was a long drive backwards west across Ohio and back to Indiana. I basically finished my book. A murder mystery. I’m trying to like them but with so many characters and you know there is a twist so it’s not obvious, it’s too much work! I sound old!
We came back to Elkhart because 1. We must get one of our slides fixed. 2. Try and get the info to replace our rear back end. Last we heard 6-8 weeks? I’m not coming back in December! So it’s going to be a frustrating week of calls and emails.
We saw the same tractors with huge snow tires, corn, farms, huge farms, cows, silos. I didn’t feel like taking the same pictures.
But, we didn’t remember so many wind turbines. Crazy looking things!
We pulled in around dinner time. It was over 4 hours driving. We are clearly where RVs are repaired, refurbished and manufactured. There is every single hotel chain that exists at the exit. All of them along with all the chain restaurants!
Well we lined up with all the other RVs. Most are here for some RV issue.
I guess I will read and go to bed. I am not sure what to read the) Rumor, Tudors (my history favorite] or something Forgotten?
