El wakes me at 7am, the sun is hardly up yet! We have to get the RV to the repair shop by 8am. No time for exercise. Dress shovel a yogurt down pack up the RV and go. Luckily the place is close. We were their by 8:30am, not to bad! The repair man didn’t seem upset.
They have a nice room to hang in. They tell us the place is animal friendly. He tells us we have 4 hours! What are we going to do with 4hours and 2 cats? Well we bring toys, food, and litter box in a room and decide to settle down for a while see how the cats do. Ghost settles under a chair and stormy behind a coffee counter. Luckily the lady helping us is very thin and can crawl behind the counter to get stormy out!
Well in 2&1/2 hours he is done! Not quite the 4 hours. We get the cats back in the car and drive them and the RV to the campground.
We decide to take a ride to this store Fork, total owned by the Amish. They are very prevalent to the area.
Well, we saw them with their horses and their black and covered carriages,, we saw them on bikes, we even saw them on horseback, which we found funny. Where is he going to put his grocery’s?
Then there is a quilt route where they have quilts painted on bldgs. We passed some on the way to the store.
The store was interesting. Some of the prices were crazy cheap. Egg noodles, .39 cents. Box cereal .99 cents, bacon $1.99, pork tenderloin $1.61;well you get the idea. It was fun.
We decided to go to Aldis on the way back. everything I pickup El says no, he is so health conscious. He is right but I would like to put something not healthy once in a while…no I’m so conflicted!😩
The bottom line is the rear of our RV won’t be available until mid October. What that means is we must go home because we have a cruise to Greece 😁 in October. When we return we have to come back up here. Now if it snows we are so screwed!,
One day at a time😁. Oooh. The bones, in 2 days I will be older!
Oh and wed we have to bring the RV back to the doctors to get message to the feet! I think that’s what bearings mean?… but that supposedly 4 hrs! Ugh!
