On the 10th I woke up late. I was slow to do my exercises. I am tired of running to the RV doctor. This is our so called day of rest. But, we have to suffer to contact the other doctor (RV mechanic) as to when our rear cap will be available.
Finally we find out October 28th! Sure we are around the corner! So we will plan going home. We will take our cruise. Then we will drag our selves up here the end of oct to fix the rear cap. Provided there is NO Snow!
The day is shot. I read my book, take a walk make dinner and go to bed.
By the way I like the book. It has an interest set of circumstances and I’m intrigued enough to keep going. I’m a quarter of the way thru. Forgotten Hours.
I finally think I will be home to have the book club. But, I have to start reaching questions and info. I hope bookies enjoyed it.

The tv is all about the 9/11 World Trade Center. I get it. However, it is also my Birthday! Yes I’m a year older. Amazing. Wait I’m moving slower! I must first thank so many of my friends and family all for remembering me on my BD. It makes me feel happy😁
So I got up early cause sanibel had to go back to the doctor to get her feet lubed..like packing barrings..whatever that is. I waited in a cold office and read my book. i don’t know where the time went but 4&1/2 hrs later they were done.
El gets in to drive out of the garage and hits the side of the garage. Luckily the dent and scraps were to the back cap. We are getting it replaced in October. He broke a light cover and they replaced it.
We got back to the site dropped off the cats and went shopping. We went to Aldis, Walmart, and martins. We bought avacados, milk, litter, kale, corn; must eat the corn it is so good up here. We put it all away. Martins has the most amazing wall of liquor bourbons and vodkas I’ve ever seen, especially in a grocery store. That’s not even mentioning the local brews! Wish we had that in Fl.

Then El lets me pick out where to go for dinner for my BD. Originally, I wanted sushi but as the day wore on I wanted more local basic food so we went to Challahans. Open 24 hrs, breakfast all day and dinners. I had ribs he had a gyro. We both had cauliflower soup it was wonderful. Then came after dinner and they came out with a gigantic piece of cake and sang some funny song to wish me a happy BD! Another year gone. Next time I hit a milestone.
I’m going to shower before we start the trek home. I hope my back and neck hold out on these long days.
