we get it all together and get off the ship like a pack of sardines. Luckily we found our guide Irene rather quickly. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the greek gods.

she took us first up to a city rather high up the mountain. It was packed with tourists. But you got to see two small islands each with a small church. Irene informed us its the most popular place to get married. The only problem is you have to wait 1-2 years on the list!

Then we went to the city center. it is roped off from cars. it had bldgs from the french italians and britsh. It is hard to think about stuff that goes back to the 11th century. Outdoor cafes everywhere and tiny shops, olive oil is the thing here!

we saw many houses, alot with arches, many tall bldgs which are either families all together, or apts. Our guide lives in a house with her sister, parents and grandparents each on one floor! Imagine the crazyiness!

we finally went to a palace. owned by a lady called cici who didnt smile! it had so manny greek statutes. But, of course. it was pretty and quite tranquil.

we then came back, drank our champagne went to happy hour. Met a nice couple from Charston. we then went to dinner. we stopped at the show but it was a repeat. I passed out. These long days are crazy!

I will add photos later.
