We slept late it felt good not to get up and run. Instead it is get up and pack! We went to breakfast. I figured it’s my last to enjoy so I had an egg sausage thing it was wrapped in phyllo dough! Then muesli with fruit, then salmon, tomato and onion! Oh to top it off a croissant!
We went back and started to pack but we had to go to the art auction. We were trying to get a financing deal thru the back because it was a commission piece of art. No Deal!😩 But, things happen for a reason. You know you have to find the positive in any situation! The art manager was doing what he could for us he was a real gem!
We sat thru the auction and ended up getting I think two pieces of art that we don’t have yet! We will build a wall! I love it.
Anyhow we went back and finished packing and told the family we will meet for dinner. We went to the happy hour and enjoyed several lemon drop martinis! Yummo!
Only his sister and one bro showed for dinner! The other bro and his wife didn’t show. They nearly missed the ship yesterday.
It’s a strain traveling with family. It was good to have them there, but the issues are at times stressing!
Dinner was nice, the art director came and gave us a bottle of champagne. Nice guy!
We did not go to the show. Way to tired. So we said our fair wells.
